• We have no ability to reverse or refund blockchain transactions

Wallet connection: When you connect a wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.), we only receive your public wallet address. We do not store this address unless you explicitly use it in a token listing or review.

We do not use any advertising networks, data brokers, or cross-site tracking services beyond what is listed above.

We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers listed in Section 7 above, only as necessary to deliver our service
• Legal requirements if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users

All token listing information you submit (name, description, contract address, links) is published publicly on our website as that is the nature of the listing service.

CryptoPrices servers are located within the EU/EEA. When using third-party APIs such as CoinGecko or Google Analytics, your data may be transferred to servers in the United States or other countries.

• Adequacy decisions by the European Commission where applicable

The Alternative.me Fear & Greed Index API is used for market sentiment data only no personal data is transmitted.
